About this procedure

A well-defined nose bridge can enhance facial balance and create a more refined profile. Nose Bridge Augmentation is designed to increase the height and definition of the nasal bridge, helping the nose appear more structured and harmonious with the rest of the face. Using customized techniques and materials tailored to your anatomy, this procedure creates natural-looking projection and improved facial contours. The result is a more elegant side profile, enhanced facial definition, and greater overall confidence.

Long Nose (Drooping Tip) Correction — Surgical Method

A long tip that droops downward can easily give an older-looking impression.

It is common to have an abundance of cartilage structure, which is actually a favorable condition for good results even without an extensive procedure.

We redirect the cartilage at the tip and, when there is excess, trim it down.

1Step 1

Before surgery

2Step 2

The tip cartilage is lifted upward and sutured into position.

3Step 3

Using a septal extension graft, the nasal cartilage is moved upward and fixed in place.

4Step 4

The tip depressor muscle is resected to prevent the droop from recurring.

5Step 5

If needed, an implant is used to raise the bridge, or autologous cartilage is added to lift the tip.

6Step 6

After surgery

Benefits

Nose Bridge Augmentation — Benefits

Raises and adds height to a low, flat nasal bridge

Creates a more defined, straight bridge line from the brow to the tip

Improves the side profile by reducing a flat or concave appearance

Adds structural balance to the face, making the nose appear more proportionate (an especially common goal in Asian rhinoplasty)

Can soften a "wide-looking" nose by creating a more central ridge and highlight down the bridge

Often paired with tip work for a cohesive, naturally elevated overall nasal shape
