How to self-diagnose sagging breasts (ptosis).
Normal Breast
The nipple sits about 4–5 cm above the breast crease — this is considered a normal breast position.
Mild Ptosis
When the nipple has dropped about 1 cm below the breast crease, it is classified as mild sagging.
Moderate Ptosis
When the nipple has dropped about 2 cm below the breast crease, it is classified as moderate sagging.
Severe Ptosis
When the nipple has dropped 3 cm or more below the breast crease, it is classified as severe sagging.
